About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and testing of scalable web application features across frontend and backend components in an enterprise-scale SaaS platform.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in complex cross-team code reviews to maintain high quality and performance standards.
- Proactively optimize code and architecture for scalability, debug complex issues, and collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver AI-native manufacturing solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend programming (Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or Python).
- Willingness to work on-site in Pune with 3-4 days office attendance; location-based eligibility applies.

- Experienced full-stack engineer comfortable with cloud-native architectures, microservices, RESTful APIs, and scalable SaaS products.
- Demonstrates technical leadership through mentorship and ownership of critical product components.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex product requirements into efficient, maintainable code within a high-velocity Agile environment.
