About This Role
- Lead technical strategy, architecture, and operational delivery of enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions across on-premises, SaaS, and multi-cloud environments.
- Drive design, implementation, automation, and governance of PAM capabilities including vaults, secrets management, privileged session and endpoint controls, and Zero Standing Privileges workflows.
- Mentor engineers, define engineering standards, troubleshoot complex issues, and measure PAM program effectiveness via metrics and KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 6 to 8 years experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity, with 6+ years implementing/operating enterprise PAM platforms like CyberArk.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise PAM capabilities including credential vaulting, session management, secrets management, and privileged access governance.
- Experience with Zero Standing Privilege, cloud IAM and PAM (AWS, Azure, GCP), automation with scripting (Python, PowerShell), and Infrastructure as Code practices.

- Proven leader in the design and delivery of large-scale PAM programs and complex security projects involving business and technology stakeholders.
- Experienced working in agile and DevOps environments with fast-paced operations and development teams.
- Strong technical expertise spanning cloud infrastructures, IAM protocols, security governance, operational support models, and automation integration.
