About This Role
- Lead execution of Legal COO AI initiatives under OMAI, acting as a key liaison among Legal leadership, Business, Technology, and Advanced Analytics teams.
- Chair strategic forums with senior Legal and business executives to define AI priorities, roadmaps, and deliver proprietary Agentic and Generative AI solutions tailored to legal workflows.
- Establish and enforce AI governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks ensuring scalable, mission-critical implementations globally.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience in program management, business analytics, or digital transformation within financial institutions or complex corporate environments.
- Minimum 3+ years leading Generative AI, Agentic AI, or RAG framework transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, Law, or related quantitative field; Master's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Location: Gurugram, India; Employment Type: Full-time.

- Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and aligning diverse stakeholders across Business, Analytics, Operations, and Technology in matrixed organizations.
- Strong knowledge of financial services legal operations, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
