About This Role
- Lead architecture and development of scalable AI-driven UI and API automation frameworks for enterprise-grade applications.
- Drive integration and operationalization of AI tools (Friday.AI, Devin AI, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot) to enhance test automation, coverage, and defect detection.
- Mentor and lead QA engineering teams, manage full SDLC quality engineering processes including CI/CD pipeline integration, defect analysis, and quality metrics reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-12+ years of experience in IT QA Engineering, SDET, or Test Architecture.
- Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI tools for test automation such as Devin AI, Friday.AI, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot.
- Technical expertise in Java/Python automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, REST Assured, TestNG, Cucumber/BDD).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field; Location: Pune.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader adept at architecting enterprise-scale next-gen AI-enabled test automation frameworks with strong hands-on coding and design skills.
- Background in driving AI adoption in QA processes combined with mentoring distributed teams and stakeholder management at senior levels.
- Familiarity with banking or financial services domain, Agile/BDD methodologies, and embedding test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
