About This Role
- Own monthly financial closing processes ensuring completion by Day 5, including accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.
- Prepare, review, and manage accuracy of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS reports coordinating with AR and AP teams.
- Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS), manage bank reconciliations, support audits, and drive process improvements for financial controls.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in accounting/finance roles.
- CA qualification preferred or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge in accounting standards, GST, and TDS compliance.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, or Oracle, location requirement: Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

- Detail-oriented with demonstrated ownership of financial closing and reporting responsibilities under tight deadlines.
- Experienced in managing and ensuring statutory compliance alongside strong audit support capabilities.
