About This Role
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable lifecycle including invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Coordinate with sales, distributors, e-commerce partners, and finance for timely billing and collection ensuring strict credit controls and aging analysis.
- Improve receivable tracking systems and implement automation to reduce overdue receivables and enhance cash flow management.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collections.
- Commerce Graduate (B.Com) or higher qualification preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Distribution, or E-commerce industries preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho, SAP, or similar ERP systems and strong knowledge of GST billing procedures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in fast-paced FMCG or e-commerce business environments with exposure to receivable management involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong orientation towards aggressive collections and maintaining firm control over receivables.
- Capable of collaborating across sales, logistics, and finance teams to synchronize billing, collection, and reconciliation processes.
