About This Role
- Manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and latest estimates aligned with business plans.
- Lead variance analysis (Budget vs Actuals, Forecast vs Actuals) and deliver monthly MIS, flash reports, and management presentations.
- Drive cost optimization, margin improvement, and support business decisions through financial modelling and scenario analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent from reputed institute.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or business finance roles.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/BPC) and advanced Excel; exposure to BI tools (Power BI/SAC) preferred.
- Strong expertise in MIS reporting, variance analysis, financial modelling, and understanding of accounting standards and financial governance.

- Comfortable operating in a business finance FP&A environment with responsibility for complex financial planning and reporting.
- Experienced in managing stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
