About This Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end financial operations including reporting, compliance, taxation, audits, and core finance functions.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial alignment with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales.
- Identify and solve structural financial or operational challenges and improve financial systems and internal controls.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controllership roles.
- MBA in Finance, Inter CA, or M.Com degree required.
- Strong hands-on experience in MIS, budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, inventory accounting, AR, AP, Treasury, and direct & indirect taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
- Proven ability to independently manage statutory and internal audits including addressing audit observations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in ecommerce, retail, supply chain, or inventory-heavy industries with complex finance operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to improve financial processes and systems independently.
- Comfortable operating at senior management level by providing financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.
