About This Role
- Lead and execute warehouse management to achieve zero defect in inventory and stores functions.
- Implement and manage Kanban and related pull-based inventory techniques between suppliers and the organization.
- Drive efficiency improvements using tools like 5S and Barcoding for optimized resource use within warehouse operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience specifically in Inventory Accuracy within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience handling warehouse/store teams of 15-20 people.
- Proficiency in SAP related to store alignment and routing.
- Knowledge of 5S methodology and electronic components.

- Experienced in managing large warehouse and inventory teams in manufacturing contexts.
- Skilled in implementing pull-based inventory management systems (e.g., Kanban) and process improvements like 5S and Barcoding.
