About This Role
- Lead analysis and design of Workday Finance solutions based on business requirements for Finance modules.
- Manage end-to-end Workday Finance implementation lifecycle including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Facilitate workshops, prepare key functional documentation, support data migration and UAT, and collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure solution effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience working with Workday Finance implementations.
- Proven ability in requirement gathering, solution design, and configuring Finance modules in Workday.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or MBA in Finance.
- Work Location: Ahmedabad. Workday certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working closely with Finance and Manufacturing teams and managing stakeholder interactions effectively.
- Skilled in conducting workshops and preparing detailed functional documents like FDDs and BRDs.
- Comfortable operating within Agile or Scrum project environments and troubleshooting functional issues.
