About This Role
- Collaborate with onsite proxy product owner to define and prioritize product capabilities, epics, and user stories for capital markets initiatives.
- Manage product scope, participate in sprint reviews, and ensure feedback is incorporated and prioritized in the backlog.
- Serve as the primary contact for business clarifications and incident triaging relevant to product development.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-15 years overall IT experience including 8+ years in business analysis and requirements management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar; Master's preferred.
- Experience in Finance domain specifically Capital Markets or Wealth Management.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, BRD, FRD, requirements gathering, and product roadmap development.

- Experienced in business analysis roles within Financial Services, particularly capital markets or wealth management environments.
- Skilled at engaging with product owners and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into prioritized agile artifacts.
- Strong communicator capable of stakeholder engagement and detailed business logic elaboration.
