About This Role
- Develop and deploy multi-agent AI automation workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, and integrate these with enterprise systems via APIs and RPA tools, focused on hyper automation development.
- Coordinate process excellence programs including business process mapping, identifying automation opportunities with measurable ROI, and managing sprint planning and project delivery.
- Implement monitoring, error handling, CI/CD pipelines, and provide regular status updates and executive briefings on automation projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on Python development experience (professional or substantial project work).
- Practical knowledge of agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services including Azure ML, Functions, Logic Apps, or OpenAI Service.
- Understanding of API integration, event-driven architectures, Docker, Git, and CI/CD concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building LLM-based applications or multi-step AI workflows and automating end-to-end business processes.
- Capable of leading process discovery sessions and coordinating cross-functional teams including business analysts and IT for process automation.
- Skilled in both development and project coordination aspects of hyper automation programs in an enterprise environment.
