About This Role
- Lead supply chain analytics initiatives by bridging business stakeholders and delivery teams across LATAM and other emerging markets.
- Drive requirement gathering, process design, fit-gap analysis, and future-state solution delivery on Azure Databricks.
- Support SIT/UAT activities and ensure alignment on business requirements, KPIs, and acceptance criteria across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years overall IT experience including 6+ years in Business Analysis for Supply Chain, Planning, or Analytics.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, planning cycles, and KPI frameworks.
- Proven expertise in requirements management, process control, stakeholder management, and FRD creation in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with Azure Databricks, SQL, and Power BI is preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-regional supply chain analytics projects interfacing with LATAM and emerging markets.
- Skilled at translating complex business requirements into detailed user stories and process flows for technical delivery teams.
- Comfortable operating as a liaison between business and technical teams in an Agile environment with strong stakeholder engagement.
