About This Role
- Own end-to-end business analysis and process improvement for digital solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
- Lead and support project release activities including requirements gathering, test case development, implementation validation, and defect resolution.
- Act as liaison between business lines and technical teams to develop functional requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
- 1.5-4 years of work experience with at least 1+ years in Business Analysis, Process excellence, testing, Agile project delivery or related.
- Strong understanding of US mortgage servicing lifecycle including Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure, Collections/SPOC.
- Proficiency with ER and MSP Systems, MS Products, Smart Sheets, SQL, and knowledge of project lifecycle methodology with Agile emphasis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in mortgage servicing domain with practical knowledge of loan lifecycle and servicing process flows.
- Skilled in conducting detailed analysis including capability assessment, feasibility and root cause analysis.
- Able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, with strong analytical and communication skills suited for stakeholder interaction and cross-team collaboration.
