About This Role
- Drive enhancement of Corporate Actions operations through AI-powered automation to reduce manual intervention and increase process transparency.
- Identify workflow tasks needing manual intervention and establish criteria for AI agent applicability across business units.
- Define future-state processes integrating AI agents into workflows, ensuring scalability and alignment with regulatory and business requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-15 years of IT experience with strong Business Analysis background.
- Expertise in Corporate Actions operational workflows.
- Proficiency in Functional Requirements Document (FRD) preparation and Agile methodologies.
- Mandatory onsite work from office 3 days per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep knowledge of Corporate Actions processes with ability to assess and optimize complex workflows.
- Experienced with AI applications in business process automation and proficient in solution design for scalability.
- Skilled in stakeholder collaboration aligning technical AI solutions with regulatory and operational constraints.
