About This Role
- Ensure efficient operation and reliability of data processes including data quality monitoring, automation development, and KPI reporting.
- Design, pilot, and deploy optimized data handover processes across business lines with clear roles and validation gates.
- Document billing processes end-to-end, develop SOPs, training materials, and generate data quality reports for management and steering committees.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in business process analysis, operations improvement, or data management, preferably in finance/billing domain.
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, and Power Query.
- Experience with process mapping and optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt preferred) and familiarity with automation tools like UiPath or Power Automate.

- Experienced in process mapping, data quality frameworks, validation, and reconciliation in finance or billing environments.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities demonstrated by working with multiple business line operations and facilitating workshops and training.
- Analytical with a focus on operational process optimization and deployment of scalable, cost-effective solutions involving automation.
