About This Role
- Own manual and automated testing of web applications and APIs, including creating and maintaining test artifacts such as test cases, scenarios, data, and plans.
- Validate ML/AI-powered application features through functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing, including model output verification and defect documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and data scientists to ensure application quality and participate in Agile ceremonies and reporting on testing status.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in manual and automation testing.
- Hands-on experience with at least one automation framework like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and defect management tools (e.g., Jira).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to test ML/AI/GenAI applications including understanding of ML model outputs, data validation, and edge case scenarios.
- Experience in automation testing covering test script development, debugging, maintenance with knowledge of Page Object Model and test reporting.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating cross-functionally with development and data science teams.
