About This Role
- Lead configuration, execution, and maintenance of Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) systems for global clinical trials.
- Interpret Key Risk Indicator (KRI) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data to provide actionable insights supporting central monitoring activities.
- Develop and automate advanced data analyses using programming (R, SQL, SAS) and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance central monitoring capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
- At least 4 years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Minimum 2 years direct experience with RBQM systems or similar centralized monitoring platforms.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expertise in configuring and managing RBQM systems, with technical skills in programming languages like R, SQL, Python, or SAS for data analysis and automation.
- Experience working in clinical research or regulated healthcare environments with a focus on data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
