About This Role
- Lead and develop an engineering team building production systems and high-volume applications using Java, Springboot, and GEN AI.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to deliver commitments, solve complex technical challenges, and align roadmaps and strategy.
- Manage team performance including hiring, coaching, resource planning, and ensuring adherence to enterprise and architectural standards.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 4+ years of team lead or engineering management experience.
- Experience with Java, Springboot, and exposure to GEN AI technologies.
- Experience working on or managing teams handling production systems and high-volume applications.
- Background in healthcare or related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
