About This Role
- Lead end-to-end integration, validation, and verification of Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Cell Supervisory Controllers (CSC) within electric powertrains for passenger EVs, ensuring compliant, production-ready systems.
- Own timely delivery and first-time-right quality of Electrical & Electronics (E/E) packages across xEV platforms, coordinating supplier development, diagnostics, and technical risk mitigation (DFMEA, DVP).
- Mentor junior engineers, manage technical deliverables, perform system-level diagnostics, root cause analysis, and operate test equipment (oscilloscopes, battery cyclers, data loggers).
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in automotive sector focused on electric vehicle systems and high-voltage architectures.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience with system integration, validation, supplier collaboration, diagnostics, and fault tracing in EV powertrain E/E systems.
- Work Experience Required: 15+ years

- Experienced in passenger vehicle electric/hybrid programs with embedded systems and high-voltage component integration.
- Demonstrated expertise in EV powertrain architecture, BMS design and validation, and supplier management.
- Strong leadership experience with mentoring responsibilities and cross-functional collaboration skills in complex engineering environments.
