About This Role
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Lead requirements elicitation, functional solution proposals, acceptance testing support, and manage end-to-end requirements traceability using Agile tools and methodologies.
- Drive Agile delivery processes including workshops, ceremonies, and documentation such as source-to-target mapping and gap analysis of databases.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-15 years of overall IT experience including business analysis, BRD/FRD creation, and stakeholder management.
- Strong expertise in data analysis, data modeling, data migration, data mapping, and proficiency in SQL and ETL/ELT processes.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Scrum Ban, or SAFe) and Agile project/change management tools like Jira, Rally ALM, TFS, or ServiceNow.
- Experience working on SDLC projects as a liaison between development and business partners.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in bridging business and technical teams, particularly in data-centric projects with complex process documentation and mapping needs.
- Comfortable leading Agile ceremonies and workshops to align stakeholders and facilitate delivery.
- Has strong analytical skills combined with hands-on technical knowledge of data migration, SQL, ETL/ELT, and Agile tools to effectively manage requirements and testing scenarios.
