About This Role
- Lead and coach multiple software engineering teams focusing on Java-based financial technology solutions within Payments Data Analytics.
- Own decision-making on teams’ resources, budget, operations, and process implementation to improve delivery speed, quality, and operational outcomes through AI-assisted engineering and automation.
- Modernize and re-engineer legacy platforms for stability, scalability, and resiliency while applying advanced software development practices including CI/CD and cloud-native AWS environments.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years applied software engineering experience with 2+ years in a leadership role managing complex technical teams.
- Strong proficiency in Java 11+, Spring Boot, RESTful microservices, Apache Kafka, relational and NoSQL databases, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience in Payments domain within financial services with practical AWS cloud native experience.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years software engineering, 2+ years leadership experience.
