About This Role
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance React-based frontend applications using modern architectures including Micro Frontend (MFE).
- Lead frontend architecture decisions, coding standards, best practices, and mentor junior developers through code reviews.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance engineering productivity, code quality, and maintain compliance and governance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on frontend software development experience with React and scalable enterprise web applications.
- Experience in Banking, Payments, FinTech, or high-volume transaction processing systems.
- Proficiency with modern frontend technologies: React 17-19, TypeScript, Redux, TDD frameworks (Jest, Playwright), CI/CD, and cloud-native application development.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad - DTI Waverock SEZ.

- Strong ownership mindset with ability to drive technical decisions and enforce frontend coding standards and architecture.
- Experienced in integrating AI-assisted tools in software development workflows for productivity and quality improvement.
