About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of software solutions with strong Java and Spring Boot expertise, including maintenance and new feature development.
- Lead and guide a technical team while collaborating with Product Owners, Clients, and PMs to translate requirements into technical tasks.
- Drive high-quality, iterative releases in an Agile environment supporting 20+ releases/month, ensuring project stability and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related STEM field.
- Minimum 4 years of software development, testing, and implementation experience.
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and expertise in Spring Boot and microservices deployment.
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD supporting 20+ releases/month; English proficiency at B2 or higher.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced engineer comfortable owning full software delivery lifecycle in Agile settings with frequent releases.
- Strong technical leadership capabilities to guide teams and handle stakeholder collaboration.
