About This Role
- Lead execution strategies for Projects & Services, ensuring delivery of successful, innovative, and high-quality automation projects and customer satisfaction.
- Manage CoE resources including forecasting, allocation, and utilization; support and lead project technical discussions and quality reviews to enforce engineering excellence and process compliance.
- Engage early in sales/proposal processes providing technical expertise; drive innovation, risk reviews, and knowledge sharing to support Open Automation business growth.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in automation systems projects execution/delivery with minimum 4 years in lead technical and/or project management roles.
- Recognized Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or Process Control is desirable.
- Fluency in English (oral and written); willingness to travel internationally and regionally as needed.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in automation systems projects execution/delivery with leadership experience.
