About This Role
- Design and develop scalable full-stack solutions focusing on APIs, microservices, Kafka, and backend services for fleet and payments platforms.
- Build and automate data pipelines for Change Data Capture and data synchronization including real-time event processing with Kafka.
- Own the full software development lifecycle, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior developers while resolving production issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in application/microservices development using Java/Python/Kafka.
- 3+ years of experience in REST API development.
- Proficiency with Apache Kafka or similar event streaming platforms and knowledge of CDC implementations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and operating event-driven microservices architectures within a DevOps environment.
- Strong backend development skills in Python, Java or Node.js with expertise in scalable API design and real-time data processing.
- Comfortable working in complex migration scenarios from legacy ERP systems to cloud-native microservices platforms.
