About This Role
- Manage and execute master data creation and maintenance aligned with SAP and Weir Minerals' requirements to ensure data integrity.
- Support internal customers by resolving master data issues and provide expert guidance on Master Data Management.
- Drive process improvements and automation including maintaining Power BI reports to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in SAP Master Data Management or similar role within manufacturing, procurement, planning, or process engineering.
- Strong proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills mandatory.
- Onsite work arrangement at Weir Minerals Bengaluru Facility, India; minimal travel expected.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in manufacturing or procurement environments with deep SAP MDM knowledge and mechanical engineering background.
- Capable of independently managing data-related processes and leading process improvement initiatives.
- Comfortable working onsite in a cross-functional environment, collaborating daily with teams and supporting knowledge transfer.
