About This Role
- Maintain, govern, and improve global master data within the ERP system ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders to manage master data processes and serve as key contact for ERP master data creation, validation, and quality assurance globally.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting dashboards and frameworks including Power BI reports, KPIs, forecasts, and ad hoc analytical requirements to support data-driven decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics or a similar field.
- 10-12 years of relevant work experience, ideally in an international company.
- Technical and analytical skills with Microsoft Dynamics and SAP, plus familiarity with Power BI including setup, maintenance, debugging, and row-level security.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); scripting in VBA and Python is a plus; fluent English (C2 level).

- Experienced in managing ERP master data in a complex, international organizational environment involving cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong technical proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP) combined with advanced data visualization and reporting skills using Power BI.
- Capable of driving continuous improvement in data quality and reporting processes while managing global master data governance effectively.
