About This Role
- Develop and implement generative AI solutions including agentic AI systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and ML classification models.
- Lead technical aspects of generative AI research projects and deploy AI solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure, including building and maintaining REST APIs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to evaluate AI model use cases and performance and contribute to data pipeline construction and innovation for analytical instrumentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in computer science, data science, or related field with at least 8 years experience, or PhD with at least 5 years experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a technical lead on research or development projects.
- Strong programming experience in Python with frameworks/libraries such as PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, TensorFlow, and AWS deployment tools including SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS; familiarity with Docker containerization.
- Ability to develop, train, fine-tune, and evaluate generative AI and ML models; experience with experiment tracking, hyperparameter tuning, and deployment.
