About This Role
- Take full ownership of diverse creative assignments, delivering production-ready work in video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, and digital branding independently.
- Design and edit various video content including YouTube videos, brand films, promotional videos, product demos, social media reels, and internal/external communication videos with strong storytelling and technical skills.
- Create motion graphics, UI animations, interactive prototypes, and branding graphics while adhering to UI/UX principles and ensuring developer-ready design specifications.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in visual and motion design.
- Strong expertise in video editing and motion graphics as core skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma for UI/UX and high-fidelity visual design.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, composition, and interaction design including microinteractions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Able to independently manage and deliver projects without needing constant creative direction.
- Experienced in multi-disciplinary design environments involving video editing, motion design, and UI/UX with a strong conceptual and contemporary digital design sense.
- Operates with high attention to detail across concept to final export and is skilled at working across multiple creative formats.
