About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents and autonomous workflows leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for enterprise applications.
- Build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI systems integrated with enterprise APIs, databases, and knowledge repositories.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, optimize AI applications in production while ensuring compliance with security, privacy, governance, and Responsible AI standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, AI solution design, or enterprise application development.
- Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), containerization (Docker), APIs, databases, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and integrating multi-agent AI systems and autonomous workflows for large-scale enterprise environments.
- Operates at senior technical level with strong expertise in applying machine learning, evaluation methods, and AI governance in production-grade systems.
- Has background in enterprise AI integration across various sectors such as automotive, manufacturing, telecom, and is familiar with AI orchestration frameworks and Responsible AI practices.
