About This Role
- Own the complete accounts receivable cycle from invoicing to cash realization to ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
- Coordinate warranty repairs and replacements from initiation to closure, involving multiple internal teams and external vendors/OEMs.
- Prepare AR ageing, collection, and warranty claim status reports providing management with key performance indicators and supporting audit/compliance requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Customer Service, or Warranty Administration.
- Proficiency in G Suite, MS Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP), and ERP systems such as SAP.
- Base location: Delhi.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working across cross-functional teams including Sales, Service, Finance, Operations, and Logistics to manage receivables and warranty processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable handling direct communications and coordination with internal teams and external vendors/OEMs in a healthcare or related supply chain environment.
