About This Role
- Lead triage and investigation of diverse security alerts within strict SLAs in a 24/7 global SOC setup, including night and weekend shifts.
- Mentor and guide SOC Specialists to deliver top-tier security services, continuously improving documentation, processes, and playbooks.
- Develop and manage AI-driven automation for alert triage, lead incident response and escalation, and optimize threat detection use-cases across cloud environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–8 years of SOC experience with proven success in incident management and platform optimization, plus leadership in shift operations.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS security configuration, SOAR, GSO, EDR/XDR, Splunk, and SQL queries.
- Practical skills in defensive security solution management and technical project management.
- Working knowledge of security compliance standards including ISO27001, GDPR, NIS2, and PCI-DSS.

- Experienced in building cloud-centric threat detection capabilities within fast-paced organizations.
- Capable of independently handling high-pressure incidents while communicating effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
