About This Role
- Support day-to-day procurement and accounts payable operations including contract execution, invoice processing, and renewals management.
- Manage contract repository accuracy and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Provide operational support to Sourcing Managers and AP team, including resolving vendor payment issues and facilitating month-end AP close activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, Operations, Business Administration, Purchasing, or Process Management.
- Experience working with procurement software such as Coupa, Omnea, and Netsuite is preferred but not explicitly required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred; MBA/Master's also preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working with global stakeholders, including overlapping with US time zones (preferred 9am-5pm PST).

- Demonstrates strong operational support skills with attention to detail in procurement and AP processes.
- Experienced in managing cross-functional and globally distributed teams or stakeholders effectively.
- Skilled in using procurement and contract management tools and processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
