About This Role
- Manage end-to-end scanning and digitization operations ensuring daily and shift-wise production volume targets are met for a high-volume document management project.
- Lead and oversee a team of at least 50 personnel, driving production performance, quality standards, and adherence to document custody and information security protocols.
- Collaborate with project management, quality assurance, IT support, HR, and client representatives to ensure uninterrupted operations and compliance with SOPs, SLAs, and confidentiality policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in operations management or high-volume scanning and digitization environments with team leadership responsibilities (50+ personnel).
- Science or Commerce Graduate degree preferred.
- Fluent in Tamil (spoken, read, and written).
- Notice period: Less than 30 days mandatory; immediate joiners preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale digitization workflows and operations with strong emphasis on productivity and quality control.
- Proficient with Management Information Systems dashboards, Microsoft Excel analytics, OCR tools, and turnaround time optimization in fast-paced environments.
- Capable of workforce planning, root cause analysis, and meeting strict SLA-based production targets in a contract operation setting.
