About This Role
- Manage end-to-end sales order processing ensuring timely and accurate order handling.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and local teams to guarantee stock availability and on-schedule delivery.
- Provide customer service related to orders, handle order adjustments/cancellations, and deliver regular sales order metrics reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales order processing, customer operations, or related roles.
- Experience with SAP Sales Order Processing systems mandatory.
- Must work night shift 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM.
