About This Role
- Lead Enterprise AI and IT functions, driving AI-native transformation to improve systems, workflows, and operating models company-wide.
- Own Enterprise AI and IT outcomes including systems, platforms, AI enablement, and IT support ensuring reliable services and future readiness.
- Serve as the senior leader and India Site Lead in Pune, building a cohesive leadership community and setting strategic ambitions for the site’s growth and impact.
Minimum Requirements
- Significant senior leadership experience in enterprise technology, AI transformation, enterprise systems, or IT with strategy and execution accountability.
- Experience representing a technology company externally within India’s engineering, AI, technology, and talent ecosystems.
- Proven record leading AI transformation beyond tool deployment, including redesigning workflows or operating models for measurable organizational results.
- Location requirement: Pune, India (working onsite, hybrid work allowed, no remote option).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large-scale AI-enabled enterprise transformation, able to design and implement AI-native operating models.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional leadership teams and technical sites with strong local presence in India.
- Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making skills and first principles problem-solving applied to complex enterprise-wide technology challenges.
