About This Role
- Act as Subject Matter Expert connecting Agile squads, tribes, and technical groups in payment operations and data management initiatives.
- Translate organizational needs into technical requirements considering constraints like latency and throughput, ensuring alignment through solution delivery.
- Lead value assessment, innovation opportunity identification, backlog prioritization, business readiness, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years IT experience with strong background in Business Analysis, Agile delivery, and Product Ownership.
- Deep expertise in Payment Operations, Data Management, and Vulnerability Management.
- Proficiency in BRD/FRD documentation, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Work Experience Required: 10-15 years

- Experienced in bridging technical and business teams within Agile environments, familiar with organizational structures like squads and tribes.
