About This Role
- Deliver and facilitate domain and technical training programs including virtual sessions and in-person workshops.
- Manage onboarding processes, coordinating detailed induction plans and resolving onboarding challenges for smooth team integration.
- Administer Learning Management Systems like Workday, track training progress, and collaborate with stakeholders to align training with business needs and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in learning and development or training support roles.
- Experience delivering virtual training and familiarity with Workday Learning Management System.
- Hybrid work location: Based in Gurgaon with at least three days per week in office; required shifts include 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm and 6:30 pm – 3:30 am.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or knowledge in insurance industry training preferred, with certifications like CII or The Institute considered advantageous.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including operations SMEs, HR, and L&D to design and execute training programs.
- Proficient in training delivery, using virtual platforms (MS Teams, Zoom), and handling administrative LMS tasks for large-scale enterprise training initiatives.
