About This Role
- Own and manage tax reporting, compliance, provisioning, and reconciliations including quarterly and year-end tax provision processes.
- Support transfer pricing data gathering and analysis as well as preparation and filing of local and group tax returns compliant with statutory requirements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships internally and with global teams to ensure timely, accurate tax reporting and filing under multiple deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in taxation and accounting.
- Must be able to work 5:30am to 2:30pm shift and work at least 3 days per week in office (Mumbai or Pune based).
- Strong expertise in Indian taxation laws, GAAP including IAS 12, and tax accounting standards.
- Experience in stakeholder management with senior and global teams; proficient in data analysis and communication.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in tax reporting roles involving statutory compliance, transfer pricing support, and tax provision calculations.
- Comfortable operating in a multinational, dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Technical proficiency or exposure to Oracle, Essbase, Workiva, tax software, and tools for analytics such as MS Office and Power BI considered a plus.
