About This Role
- Design and implement innovative high-performance, reliable systems algorithms and technologies with end-to-end ownership from concept to shipping.
- Collaborate across teams and stakeholders including product management, development, validation, support, and customers to solve complex system software problems.
- Contribute to a scale-out all-flash file and object storage product targeting modern workloads like AI, log analytics, and cluster computing.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of developer-level Linux platform experience.
- Strong programming skills in C, C++, Python, Java, Go or similar with solid object-oriented programming knowledge.
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or closely related discipline.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, threads, synchronization, and concurrent programming.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working with complex distributed systems, operating systems, Linux kernel, database internals, hypervisors, containers, or hardware-level software.
- Capability to lead architectural decisions and drive design evolution in enterprise storage or related infrastructure products.
- Comfortable working in environments integrating modern data applications like AI, Splunk, Kafka, Spark and addressing high availability and uptime challenges.
