About This Role
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets to support enterprise reporting initiatives including DORA metrics, operational reporting, and executive scorecards.
- Develop Python and .NET automation and integration services to support reporting and analytics platforms, including API integrations and backend services.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure high quality deliverables, support deployment, and provide Level 3 technical support for reporting solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years IT industry experience including at least 3 years hands-on Power BI and Python development in enterprise reporting/analytics environments.
- Strong skills in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Data Modelling, DAX, Power Query, SQL Server, T-SQL, Python, and .NET development.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, API integrations, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Work Location: Bangalore, India. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or related discipline (BE/MCA or equivalent).

- Experienced in full Power BI lifecycle from design through deployment, including performance tuning and governance adherence.
- Comfortable working in international, distributed teams with strong communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver timely, high-quality reporting solutions with a focus on automation, process efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
