About This Role
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models for business insights and operational reporting.
- Develop automation scripts in Python and .NET to support reporting and data integration services, including API integrations.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot, optimize performance, and provide Level 3 support for reporting solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years IT industry experience, including at least 3 years hands-on experience with Power BI and Python development.
- Proficiency with Power BI Desktop, Service, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report performance tuning, and deployment pipelines.
- Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, data warehousing, ETL, and data integration techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or related discipline (BE/MCA or equivalent).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise reporting/analytics solutions using Agile/Scrum methodology in a global, multi-cultural environment.
- Skilled in developing scalable and automated reporting solutions integrating Power BI with enterprise applications and cloud services.
- Effective communicator capable of interfacing with technical and business stakeholders; responsive in production support and documentation.
