About This Role
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reporting solutions supporting metrics, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics for business and IT stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain data models, DAX calculations, Power Query transformations, Python automation scripts, and .NET services for reporting and data integration.
- Ensure utilization of best practices for deployment, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and provide Level 3 technical support and documentation for reporting solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of IT industry experience including 3+ years hands-on Power BI and Python development in enterprise reporting/analytics environments.
- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power BI Administration, DAX, Power Query (M), SQL Server, T-SQL, data warehousing, ETL processes, Python, .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Analytics or related field (BE/MCA or equivalent).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable and performant Power BI semantic models and integrating reports with APIs and cloud services in an enterprise context.
- Capable of handling end-to-end reporting projects including requirement gathering, development, deployment, and production support with strong documentation discipline.
- Comfortable working in international and distributed teams, communicating effectively with technical and business stakeholders globally.
