About This Role
- Lead development and delivery of internal communications plans aligned with global and functional strategies.
- Create clear, employee-focused communications including leader messages, toolkits, FAQs, and presentations to support business priorities and change adoption.
- Manage communications projects end-to-end, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and improve enterprise communication tactics using performance metrics and feedback.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 8-12 years of experience total; minimum 6 years in direct internal communications experience.
- Demonstrated experience in integrated communication plans for diverse, global employee audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
