About This Role
- Build and lead a new 20-person security operations team in India, including recruiting and onboarding, focused on vulnerability management, launch readiness, and core enterprise security.
- Establish operating rhythms, tooling, documentation, and ensure seamless integration and productivity with US-based and global GSO teams.
- Manage matrix reporting relationships, represent the India team’s capacity and needs to GSO leadership, and develop a durable leadership bench and processes for accountable delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years in security operations, security engineering, or related technical discipline, with at least 5 years in people leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience in at least one of: vulnerability management, security automation/workflow tooling, or enterprise security operations.
- Based in Gurugram, India for hybrid work model.

- Experience building and scaling technical security teams quickly while maintaining quality and culture within a matrix organizational structure.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional, global teams with distributed reporting lines across US, EMEA, and India.
- Proven capability to evolve job scope and operational mandates, transitioning a new team from support to owning delivery accountability in security operations.
