About This Role
- Deliver and facilitate technical and domain-specific training programs across insurance operations, including virtual and in-person sessions.
- Manage training content creation, updates, and administration using systems like Workday LMS, SharePoint, and Articulate Storyline.
- Support onboarding processes by coordinating induction plans, schedules, and facilitating onboarding sessions to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate with minimum 2 years experience in learning and development or training support roles.
- Experience delivering virtual training using platforms such as MS Teams and Zoom.
- Familiarity with Workday Learning Management System and Microsoft Office suite.
- The role requires hybrid work based in Gurgaon office, with at least 3 days per week onsite; shifts include 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm and 6:30 pm - 3:30 am.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in insurance industry training or knowledge of insurance domain is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify training needs and design content accordingly.
- Comfortable managing multiple training projects and administrative tasks within learning and development frameworks and systems.
