- Manage and grow Channel Partner (CP) network to source qualified real estate leads.
- Coordinate with CPs to share project information and track sourcing performance via MIS/CRM.

- 1–3 years experience in real estate sourcing, CP management, or sales coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting skills.
- Strong communication and relationship management capabilities.
