About This Role
- Develop and maintain scalable and reliable data engineering solutions including ETL/ELT pipelines and backend APIs.
- Manage and optimize data workflows and data transformation processes using Python and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code to ensure efficient deployment and monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in data engineering or related backend development.
- Proficient in Python programming, backend API frameworks (FastAPI or Django/Django REST Framework).
- Experience with cloud platforms AWS and/or GCP and associated services (e.g., S3, Lambda, Glue, BigQuery).
- Location requirement: Must be based in Mohali Punjab or Delhi.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both batch and streaming data pipelines with strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing.
- Comfortable working with DevOps tools like CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance in Linux environments with a focus on writing clean, testable code.
