About This Role
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-15 engineers managing frontend, backend, mobile, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Own technical delivery including sprint planning, system architecture, releases, code quality, CI/CD, testing, and production reliability.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to deliver new features on SaaS/B2B platforms utilizing microservices and monorepo architecture.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years total work experience.
- 3+ years of Engineering Management experience leading teams of 5 or more engineers.
- Strong hands-on expertise in at least two technologies among Python, React/TypeScript, iOS, or Android.
- AWS experience specifically with Lambda, Step Functions, RDS/PostgreSQL, S3, and DynamoDB.

- Experienced in managing full stack engineering teams with cloud-native solutions in AWS environments.
- Familiarity with SaaS/B2B platforms, microservices architectures, and monorepo codebases.
- Technical leader capable of balancing hands-on coding and architectural decision-making with team mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.
